The River Inn Motel is the perfect home base for exploring San Antonio and nearby attractions. The location is fantastic, especially for accessing Final 4 activities. I highly recommend visiting Piedras Negras Cafe for a cup of coffee or tea. My stay during the holidays was truly enjoyable.

The appearance of the hotel could definitely use some improvement, as it gave off a less appealing vibe. The lack of amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge was also disappointing.

It is a great place for travelers on a budget and who aren't too picky when it comes to luxury. Parking is free and police station is right down the street. Bed was comfortable and room came with refrigerator, microwave, television and phone. Not far from downtown.

Ac worked fine, but could have been better. I could not figure out how to use the microwave, but that might have just been me. Costs money for the remote to the T.V. but it is refundable at the end of your stay. One morning I couldn't get hot water to the shower, just warm.
